Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

Our payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
• Contact us through your ShopFloHQ account and we will assist with the request.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
